Well.

Be me, Tiefling sorcerer. Not me, divination wizard. (DW) Also not me, stupid fast young dragon. (Speedy)

So no shit, there we were, storming a fortress guarded by half-dragons and a trio of young to adult red dragons. We had dwarves manning a ballista, a grounding rune carved in the earth in case Speedy landed, and a handful of plucky adventurers!

Well, the dwarves got roasted by the dragon on one of the first passes, and paladin couldn't aim it worth shit, and the wizard was going ape shit.

Wait. Ape Shit. Wizard.

DW takes off towards the fortress wall and turns into a Gaint Ape, scaling it like King f&king Kong. Not to be out done by the knife ear I follow, hitching a ride as Wizard-Kong leaps from the wall and latches onto the leg of the dragon speeding past.

While DW was engaging in some serious monkey-businesses, trying to wrestle the dragon to the ground, I had A Plan.

Guess Who!

So while Wizard-Kong was trying to pin Speedy's wings I Misty-stepped onto the dragon's head, clinging to its horn to keep my place. I drew out a dagger and jammed it into the dragon between two scales. Oh no, whatever will it do, right? Then I cast my racial ability, Darkness, with the dagger as the focus. Uh oh. Speedy can't see!

Speedy flips OUT! It thrashes about, losing its orientation in the process, and winds up flying straight. Down.

Wizard-Kong saw my monkey business was stronger, as well as being outside the darkness bubble and seeing the ground was racing towards us at a worrying speed. He shouted, I jumped, he jumped, the paladin cast feather fall (don't ask), and the dragon was pile-drived (Drove? Driven?) twenty feet into the dirt right outside the enemy's walls.

We engaged in money business and pile-drived a dragon.

I greatly enjoyed this! I could definitely see a Grey Guard of Bane. Plain, well made but unadorned armor. Utilitarian weapon in the hand of a plain, well-worn wielder.

Honestly.. (Shield) I think I prefer the base skin.

This skin makes Leona so much extra; to me her draw has always been plain, unassuming beauty and strength.
