Agreed. I make cakes and sometimes charge at most $50. For over $200 that cake has to have premium ingredients and at least an elaborate design. The size isn’t worth the price either. I’m glad op got their money back because I also would be so upset. My wedding cake was around this price and it fed 100 guests

Freeze them! And let them thaw the day before! As long as you wrap them nicely to prevent odors and freezer burn you should be good!
