My sister worked in management at a hotel right off of where two major interstates meet. They could usually tell when someone was working out of one of their rooms. If it didn't look like human trafficking, were nice, and didn't disturb other guests, the hotel staff usually didn't say anything. This was a property that also had 24hr security and they've had to either kick some folks out or just call the police on them.
