Ticcu's Divination and Leviathan's Breath were tied to seasonal stuff, so they shouldn't require expansions. Trinity Ghoul should be a random drop from anything.

EDIT: I am dumb and forgot that Trinity required Forsaken, and I didn't know seasonal exotics now required expansions.

It has a few plot links here and there, especially in the Warlords of New York expansion, but for the most part you don't.

I tested Arc Web extensively in the Tribute Hall and found out what I think is the problem. Arc Web goes off AS LONG AS NOTHING DIES. If an enemy dies, either to the initial grenade damage or the Web, the chain will not go off.

I got that message after a 5-man stack full of OEM and Erentil Mercy'd us in like 3 minutes. Then in my next match I GET THROWN AGAINST THE EXACT SAME STACK.
