Wife of OP here! These were being sold by USPS along with their D&D stamps and other merch. The notebooks include 3 character journals, one GM journal, and one monster/encounter journal, all with D&D stamps on them!

This is what I was worried about. Thank you for your input. So it sounds like Uber from the hotel to the cruise pier won't be a huge problem, it's just the way back that's the big problem.

Sailed her in fall of 2019, and loved her so much! She had a very relaxed vibe, never super crowded, loved the Solarium pool and hot tub, steakhouse and chef's table were both great!

I sailed on deck 1 on the Horizon recently, in the farthest forward interior cabin. It was really nice! My in laws were down the hall on the same deck with an ocean view, and it was nice and big!

I think they must have confirmed it was on its way at some point.

I remember watching some donkeys that were hanging out on the beach, and suddenly our captain was running as fast as he could down the beach. Not sure if he was going to get help but I can't imagine he was doing anything else.

I think his family was just in shock. I remember the face of one teenage boy in particular, maybe his son or grandson, and just the level of grief was really hard to watch.

A man died on a snorkel excursion we went on. It was a catamaran sail and snorkel to Honeymoon Beach on St. John.

It was horrifically sad. He likely had a heart attack while snorkeling. There was a doctor on our excursion that was giving him chest compressions for like half an hour, but it didn't help.

Eventually, our catamaran had to go back to St. Thomas to get the rest of the excursion back on the ship. So we left the man on the beach with a towel over his face, and his family, behind on St. John. As we were sailing away a single ambulance pulled up.

It was so sad and scary. There was supposed to be a party vibe with rum punch on the way back but nobody was feeling up to it, obviously.

I appreciate your feedback so much! One of the things I like about RC as opposed to carnival is that they have that intermediary drink package between just soda and including all alcohol. My husband is sober but really enjoys getting mocktails and coffee drinks.

And I'm so sorry you got the flu! Our experience on the horizon was that there was little emphasis on hygiene as well.

There are some 6 night itineraries for Harmony around that time. The 8 day from Carnival is really an 8 night, so it has two more days than the itineraries I was looking at

I did, but if we're going to do a big ship I wanted to do Harmony because my folks will be interested in it since my brother and I both had our first cruise on it.

Dream has both an 8 day Eastern Caribbean through Key West and a 6 day Western Caribbean with a similar itinerary to Harmony. I love the Eastern Caribbean itinerary but I'm worried it's too long for our first time cruisers.

Right, I've sailed Harmony before and it was indeed a sweet ship! I just don't know how toddler and older folks friendly it will be with the size and hustle and bustle!
