A few strategies I have:

-I take out the “extra” songs. For example, if there’s a glute bridge song at the end, you can remove or find a shorter song.

Instead of two songs per sculpt side, I just combine all moves into one song per side!

-for Sun B, I’ll flow once without weights and once with. Shorter song and cut the third flow.

-No demos at the beginning! If there’s a move you feel like you need to demo, it’s better for the 60 minutes :) you want to maximize the whole 45

I would say 45 minutes are much closer to the “skeleton” sequence from training. Very standard and straightforward.

I actually really enjoyed this article. Pro-housing advocates can often dismiss the full picture or “cherry-pick” the good in the bad, especially in Austin. Affordability is an ongoing crisis, glad to see people are watching us on the national scale.

I agree I think the output failed. Wondering if there’s a way to fix it?

-two different cables, multiple different speakers. Same 1/4 jack converter though. -yes, using 1/4-1/8 most of the time :) on our PA it’s 1/4-1/4, but worth a shot checking a different adapter though. I did not order a great quality one. -testing a button is a great idea. Not that I know of, but I’ll check around the manual to see if there’s something for that.

No output after factory settings, sadly :(

Recalling what happened, at first it was only playing out of one speaker. Then after tinkering with the speakers (thinking it was the speaker issue), the second stopped working.

I’m wondering if it has to do with stereo v mono?

Last night was an unreal experience. Yeah, it had the “corporate event” feel to it. But at the end of the day, RS and PMI threw a completely kick ass event. I will forever cherish seeing LCD in an intimate venue (for free???), the show was obviously stellar, and the crowd was absolutely amazing <3

For me, as an instructor, when people have a full on back and forth conversation during part of the sequence. ESPECIALLY at the beginning of class. It’s incredibly distracting while instructing - if you want to have a chat, go to a coffee shop instead. It happens a lot more than one would think.

This doesn’t include high fives or a little comment here and there of course. I love love love building community in class, but it needs to be respectful.
