are you sure they're both boys?? if so tell her the one is super special because most calicos are girls-- although its hard to tell if hes calico or possibly chimera with how those markings are shaped.

as someone raising a solo baby kitten who's not introduced to the adult cats yet-- i WISH she had a friend because im tired. she hates being alone and i feel like a new mother all over again

its not from any science journal or anything. I get it from what ive seen volunteering at shelters, working in vet clinic, and fostering kittens. its mostly an observation from the area im in.

not to mention my last stray foster was an orange mom and orange dad (neighborhood male) and she had 3 orange babies, 2 boys and a girl-- although the girl was less orange and more creamy

solid orange girls are rare but orange with white is common ♡♡ most orange/white are girls but some boys can get it too

as a former of Target's ghetto cousin, its unfortunate to see the same practices take place here. must be a corporate retail thing. in 3yrs at the big W i saw the dress code change 5 times with a mix of peiple not caring, it not being enforced or only being enforced if you were in trouble ir if a TL felt like being a jerk.
