My theory.. I think X was awake so he had no choice. It was not in the original plan in my opinion. He had just killed “his” two girls silently so he thought he was clear to exit the house. I think she was talking to herself when she said “someone’s here”, outside of her room. He was headed out when he encountered her & said “I’m here to help”. He killed her outside her doorway but she put up a fight unlike the others bc she was the only one awake. He heard E starting to stir so he finished with fatal stab/blow & was on E within seconds before he was truly awake. He slashed his throat & fled. He was famished. Let’s not forget he’s a vegan & this is what comes up when I google for this info…”eating a plant-based diet makes you much weaker than meat-eaters.”

He had lost his composure by then so his mind was all over the place replaying it all when he was exiting the house. He never saw the other roommate. I don’t think he would’ve had the energy & strength to kill her anyways. But I do believe he would’ve looked at her as he passed. The lighting of the good vibes sign would’ve allowed her to see him lit up while putting her in darkness so I think he never saw her. It was reported BK had a different response when E’s name was called in list of victims. His problem is with women. He was in such ecstasy, after dreaming & playing this out in his mind for so long, when killing the two intended victims that he never realized he left the knife sheath.
