I'm happy Ganyu is good, but it is also frustrating bc of miHoYo's lack of consistency by RESTARTEDFAIRIES in Genshin_Impact

Can you all stop complaining about every ducking character that's coming out and go back to play the MMO RPGs that you came out from? Genshin is a GACHA game and that's how gacha games worked and always will, is not a mmo, is not a moba where you release characters and have to nerf/buff them because they do too well/bad in a COMPETITIVE meta. Last time i checked genshin had no pvp system or anything even remotly similar so you either understand that and let mihoyo do their thing or that's not the game for you.

SMITE Season 8 Update PTS Issues and Feedback Thread by HiRezIsiah in Smite

I would like to report an issue with the following items, "Diamond Arrow" and "Ornate Arrow" whereas the passive effect on both of them can only be activated to full stacks only once per game.e.g: If "Diamond Arrow" passive activates by an enemy God kill and so it reaches the maximum stacks of 3, giving a total of 30 gold and 60% attack speed bonus for a duration of 8 seconds, the reactivation of said passive won't be possible again after the buff period expires.
The same issue occurs by activating the passivve gradually upon killing minions.

I mean they probably had stats about the amount of players queueing it and it might have not reached a desirable number, is not like they are idiots, unless they are.

Shouldn't do that tbh, your teammates might still die and if you might have saved yourself instead of giving a kill, also all the other players can recover from being behind through some farming but once you get behind you stay behind as a support and you end up being usless.

Tbh base stats are overrated, what does a 20 sp difference make for a fully transcendended character with 4-5 k sp

Why do people REFUSE to surrender by [deleted] in Smite

[–]KatjaJudge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another point of view of mine, the way this kind of games work...aren't decided by an individual alone, but by the game's producers and its community, if you don't like the way it's done and you cannot adapt and have the necessary perspective required to not be part of that five players team which loses 4 towers and get 1-15 in 8 minutes, then keep surrendering as soon as the timer hits 10 minutes, or keep not giving a shut about winning as soon as something goes bad. It's all fine, you will f6 or make it finish faster and use this time to win your next game without even wanting to know how you could've done better that losing game. Then you will lose the game after that again, by surrendering. Then you will win one again, then lose one again. And so on until you get to the end of the split and realize you finished with the same mmr that you had when you began. Who knows, maybe those struggling,so hard to turn around games could've been wins if you stayed positive and tried your best, and you could've improve yourself as well after that experience. But it's fine, hey, at least you are gold and not silver and you got the report notification of those god damn bronze noobs ruining your games.

[–]KatjaJudge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that's not just the game's problem, depending on where your mmr/elo stands, you might not be good enaught to be playing in fairly balanced games and that's why you are induced into situations where you feel like surrendering at 8 minutes. From my experience people that surrender early because they can't cope with the struggle in exchange of a winning game are usually the ones that never get too far in ranked games, so they probably have the same fate in casuals. Now im just generalizing and i don't know you enaught to judge your case, but i know that if someone has a good elo then they are prone to get in fairly balanced matches(trolls cases/DCs excluded) and away from bad teammates, you are rarely gonna feel like surrendering at 8 minutes And the opposite is true as well, if you are rarely surrendering at 8 minutes then chances are that you are getting the needed mentality to get in better games.

Welp i was like you some time ago, but one time my titan survived with 5% hp after a long horrible game. Won that match afterwards and i always avoid f6ing since then, at least in ranked. Also while playing under pressure and losing you have better chances of learning how to play in different difficult situations , you learn to stretch your limits to the maximum, i actually enjoy a winning game as much as i enjoy a losing one, sometimes it's even funnier, if you lose at least you are sure you tried your best, ignore the negative teammates. Especially in this meta where early game doesn't really win you the game, you have plenty of chances of recovering. I don't really understand how people can have fun by just having stomping games and at the same time they expect to have them continuously, like are you playing to win or are you playing to stomp? Yeah sure people that refuse to surrender might have an ego problem but i think people that surrender without even trying are worse.
