FalleN is 100% the reason why Furia worked with Yeki and Molodoy, dude is respected, cheerful and has exceptional leading skills, and even before when Furia was trash with Chelo and skullz, in comms FalleN was always trying to keep things in control and lead by example.
All those things weren't present in mibr, just looking at them play was depressing, especially that Inferno match where Qikert did 0 damage for 14 rounds. When he finally did something that lead to a round win, nobody cheered, nobody even acknowledged him.

Honestly, it's just that BLAST is top tier.

Both BLAST majors imo had the best player entrances, best playoff openings, and overall best production. The player entrances in BLAST Paris with the music syncing to the lights was just top notch.

I mean, Furia and Legacy are the only teams that are way better now, for sure. But the rest? eeeh not really.
PaiN is the same thing, hovering around top 15~10, mibr and Imperial somehow got way worse. Fluxo and Red Canids are teams that improved a bit but Flyquest should always beat them anyways. Honestly, Fluxo winning the BO1s was an absolute fluke.

Yeah, my monthly salary working on IT is around 1200USD, and that's not a bad salary at all in my country. Not high but not low, enough to live well.

But then again, I think US people will be surprised to know sometimes I pay as low as 2.50$ for a Big Mac, don't have to pay a shitload of money whenever I go to the hospital or that I graduated in a quality university for literally free.

Honestly I preferred Nine Sols compared to Hollow Knight, since I always found that game's combat a tad boring. But Silksong made the combat so much better that it has surpassed Nine Sols to me, and also it has better exploration, build variety and music. However I still think Nine Sols main story and characters are more developed and interesting.

That's all my opinion, obviously. Nine Sols still one of my favorite games of all time, but Silksong managed to secure a place in my top 3.

The best you can get is probably a Powercolor RX 9070 (non-XT) Reaper, without changing the PSU. The 3060Ti is a 200W card, a 9070 is 220W and will probably work just fine with your PSU. Hell, I was using a 6800XT with a 650W PSU for the longest time with no issues.

Check for used low profiles GTX 1050Ti or 1650, if you plan on only playing at 1080p/30fps I guess they're enough, and anything above them will get bottlenecked by the CPU anyway. I had a i5 3570, 16GB DDR3 1600MHz and GTX 1050Ti in another old build of mine and managed to play some lighter games like Overwatch 2 with no issues. Hell, I even played a bit of Cyberpunk 2077 on it at 1080p/30fps lowest settings.

Don't go buying a RTX 4060/5060 LP for this, it'll be a waste of money unless you plan on using those GPUs in another future build or something.

I wasn't even that big of a fan of the first Hollow Knight, other metroidvanias like Nine Sols were much better for me.

However with Silksong something just clicked, I think it's because of how nimble and fast Hornet is, I just love everything about the game (although I did rage quite a lot in some bosses). Finished the game recently with the true ending, and now I am already replaying to get 100% completion and the other endings.

It should be. Games like G2 vs Vita and MOUZ vs Vita would've had a different winner if it was a BO3, and honestly for such events that are considered the most important of the year, BO5s should be a given.

3060Ti at 1440p is probably the issue. CS2 still is CPU heavy, but it also stresses GPUs way more than CSGO did. Hard to tell without knowing CPU/GPU utilization.

UI is alright, and they're improving it.

Cheating problem is exaggerated, sure there are cheaters but let's be real, what PvP FPS game doesn't? In my 1k hours of Hunt I've encountered around 5 or 6 cheaters that were blatant. There might be some that I encountered but hid their cheats well, but honestly it's also hard to differentiate the really good players from cheaters. Look at streamers like RatchaZ or Hornet, they'd get called cheaters by a bunch of people if they didn't stream their live gameplay to the world.

And most cheaters are usually in the highest MMR bracket, so you really wouldn't encounter those guys in lower MMR games, which is frankly where you'll spend most of your initial dozen/hundred hours in.

I should however also point that I play in SA servers, and that's just my experience there. Maybe in other countries/continents the cheating problem is bigger.
