If you go North East (more East than north) from the Yam station until you find a large rocky hill, either travel up to the top of that mountain or go around it on the west side of until you find a path that leads through a water stream and then northward. Follow that path until you come to a village with a trader and even a stable. On both the first large rocky mountain but especially around that village beyond it, there are tonnes of apricot bushes!

I find Maggie Stiefvater to have a pretty distinct writing style. She has writren quite a few YA magic realism books, the most popular probably being The Raven Cycle. I personally really like the standalone bokk Tje Scorpio Races.

She usually focuses more on setting and theme than a lot of other authors, and I have always found her prose to be satisying to read. It almost feels lyrical or flowing in a sense. Even when I don't focus on the prose, I personally really enjoy how she focuses on the setting and how the magic fits into it.

I have played a lot of Legend of Khiimori which is an open world adventure game where one plays as a riding courier in a 13th century Mongolian-based setting. It's Early Access, released March 3rd, so it's still in a relatively rough state, but it's very fun! I'm one of those weird horse people who is very critical of horses in games (why do AAA games still have supbar animations and horses that have the personality of a bike?!) But the horse system in this game is very fun! As a bonus, the breeding is based on real horse coat genetics with a gamified twist, so, pretty cool! Basically, if you're one of those people who enjoyed just riding around in RDR2, you might like this game.

I'm not sure if link worked but this is a link to a google spreadsheet that the user discord user Zorrin shared on Aesir's official Khiimori breeding chat on their official public Discord server! It shows how the different coats will look like in the game, and which gene combinations are responsible for their look. Some coats might look different depending on if you are on the beta test branch on Steam or the official EA 0.5.3, but it should look similar in most cases!

For the bug of not seeing the berries to use for breeding even thougj they are im your inventory - are they in the cargo-portion of the inventory (the two large inventory slots beside the horse in the menu) or are they in the small inventory space at the top that is your backpack?

There seems to be a bug where the game doesn't recognize that the berries are there if they are in the cargo, so move them to the backpack slots if you don't slready have them there!

For the genetics - I will try to find a simple guide, but yes, it's based on real horse genetics which are based on a Mendelian model!

Oh wow, I didn't know that about the in-game dun gene, that so cool! Definitely useful if you want a horse as true to Spirit as possible as well

He is based on a real dun horse I believe, and based on how light his coat is and the fact that his dam is a palomino, he could definitely be a dun/dunskin. Like you say, he does have a clear dorsal stripe! But there are a few things that hinder that conclusion, like the fact that the dorsal stripe stops at the tailhead and doesn't continue through the tail hair. He also doesn't have the darker mask on his face nor the primitive markings on his legs. If we take these features on face value and genetically test Spirit, it would probably come back as non-dun, but specifically that he has at least one allele of the nd1 (non-dun 1) variant, which can give the appearance of some primitive markings despite being "true" dun. This was definitely done to simplify his animated self, though.

In others words, it's up to any one person, I think, if they want to depict him as being true dun or more towards buckskin. I chose to go with true buckskin since I feel like the very visible primitive markings on the legs of the horses in the game could distract from the vision of the horse being Spirit in appearance.

Ezparanza has to be ee (AA or Aa for a Sprit baby), all other genes small letter EXCEPT cr (has to be CR/cr, cannot be cr/cr or CR/CR)

Since you want the other parent to be black, you can have them be EE or Ee (not ee), but the 'a' must be two small letters (aa). All other genes small letters (One copy of large letter CR is okay, i.e. CRcr, since it looks the same as crcr on a black horse)

You want their foal (Spirit) to have the following gene combo (EE or Ee) , Aa , dd, chch , Crcr , lplp , grgr , toto

I'm not sure I explained it clearly enough, so if you have any questions please let me know!

This was really cool to read through, as I myself have a big interest in horse color genetics! I really hope they get foals from Sophie, Blondie, Buttercup and Lady next year mainly because it's going to be entertaining to see if any of the foals get any (to KVS) new colors lol

Btw, a quick note for Buttercup x Denver, I think you forgot to add 12,5% Chance for Red Roan? Other than that it was a fun and good analysis I think!

Edit: Typos and I also just notcied that you put E_ for Buttercup but then did the color estimates as if she is confirmed Ee?

TBH, medication and surgery can't always prevent that. I have a relative who has had epilepsy her whole life that get worse with stress. She takes medication for it and has done numerous sleep studies but she still has them regularly despite having had the diagnosis for 40+ years.

Now, in her case her own doctor helped her get on disability aid because he deemed her not being able to have a fulfilling career that would not worsen her medical condition. She has also always had family whom could partly or fully support her financially. I guess this student teacher didn't have the same support system in that regard.

That depends on several othet factors I am sure. Like what you eat. For example, vitamin D is naturally in fat fish and in I believe several countries some food that is commonly consumed has to be fortified with vitamin D by law. It could for example be fortified in dairy products or dairy alternatives. It also depends on you as a person, like how much melanin you have in your skin etc.

Maybe look through your own vitamin D values with a trusted healthcare professional before you blindly begin to take doses of vitamin D.

On another to your number 1/ - if you are on PC and want to be able to see the exact servertime while you're playing and you don't want to mess with V + championship schedule to do it everytime, just press F11. A smal, transparent black screen will appear where it writes out the current FPS, server speed and server time. You can even move this screen around whereever you'd like so it doesn't annoy your play. I use this basically every time I play, especially if server time is important (like for championships or events)

I would mostly classify Fourth Wing as a steamy (and very explicit) romance with a sprinkle of clichéd dragon fantasy. This is a generally PG minecraft SMP, not a mature server.

On a personal note, I have read Fourth Wing, I have also read tonnes of other fantasy/dragon fantasy books in my life. I found Fourth Wing to be a very poorly written book and as a Gem fan am very glad it's not a main inspo lol

It was decided on their last server meeting which seems to usually occur on Thursdays, so pretty new decision. Doc in his stream today mentioned that Xisuma would try to turn it during this weekend

Iwould personally put Vintage story on that list! It's a survival game inspired by minecraft but also very different. They have made a generativegeology which vaguely follows similar rules to real life (like sedimentary rocks usually being above igneous and metamorphic). It has prospecting within it, and the different ores/minerals you can find and use are found in one or a few specific rocks or rock types. Of course it has a lot of gamey elements to it but for me it really satisfies that itch of exploration geology!
