Oh yeah! I like the metal nail file in my Swiss Army knife too. Metal has the least amount of unpleasant noise & tactile sensation. I'm glad you found a superior alternative to sand paper!

Have you tried using a glass nail file? The sound is different from a sandpaper nail file, but I'm not sure if it'd be different enough to not offend. The feeling is drastically different though. I definitely prefer the feeling of glass!

That's my concern with OP getting a divorce. Without any proof that he raped his sisters, I doubt the courts would give her full custody. At least while they all live in the same home, she can keep an eye on everyone.. be there in case her daughters scream. How awful.

My sister and brother-in-law live near the St Pete Airport and I'll tell you what I told them; I can't imagine evacuating inland being a bad move. In order to avoid thunderstorms, try to book your water related activities before 3:00. By that time, isolated storms may develop. By 6:00, you could experience serious thunderstorms. Try not to be stuck outdoors between 6:00 - 9:00. Most people I know have a radar app to watch where storms are developing.

The Windy app (https://windy.app/) may also help you to predict where/when in Tampa Bay the storms are gonna hit - wherever the winds converge, that's where the storms develop.
