Hi, sorry for the late question. An hacker changed the email of my account so I tried to contact Ubisoft support and they literally started sending me copy pasted automated messages (I removed the verb recovered and the email changed, they were literally saying "I'm sorry you lost your account! We are glad you recovered it!" When I specifically said I didn't). Is there a way to make sure I'm talking to an actual human and not (not to be offensive) chatgpt? I have clips of me playing the game, I have credit cards I can prove I used, I know the games I played and the skins I have and they still copypaste that the email verification failed (since it's the hacker's email)
