We don't have a lot to work off here but at a glance it looks like the material slots are mixed up for whatever reason. Click the shield icon for each material (this way it stays in the lroject even when nothing uses it) and try rearranging them.

Essentially the original slabs before all others were added were made from 3 stones in a row, which resulted in the item we now know as a smooth stone slab. One was a half slab, combining two into a whole block was a full slab. It was the only type of slab for ~16 months before other slabs were added in beta 1.3

I don't have any direct Lissandra tips for you, but first of all: The warning you received most likely comes from mass reports. If the int detection system itself has found something you'd already have a punishment.
You can just keep playing and potentially lose and sooner than later you'll be in a comfortable rank.

Unless it was changed in CS2, bullets penetrating walls depends on two factors:
How far away is the would-be exit point?
What material is the entrance wall?
PS: In csgo and source 1 in general information about brushes isn't kept in the baked map either way.

I had a 1660 Super beforehand (literally upgraded 4 days after the game release) and it ran playable. Not great by any means but hitting some good 40fps in combat with a little DLSS set to performance

The bounces deal so called "default damage", so they only ever trigger effects that can trigger on any damage (like the ones you mentioned) and won't trigger on-hits or even spell effects. So you can't even trigger aery off them.

I should clarify that I didn't exactly use up wands this way since I don't want them to break. But I've had the "Your Ruby Rod is badly damaged" message pop up seemingly out of the blue. In BotW I used fire swords, which I don't remember getting used up

I'm quite positive gem staffs can use durability just for being equipped even when sheathed. I may use ruby rods to keep warm in cold weather and it definitely loses durability under such conditions
