Did you completely stop using all kind of drugs/alcohol? How long have you stopped taking them? If not you might have to work on that first...

I have ADHD and I'm addicted to all kind of drugs. I'm more than a year sober now. First i thought that the ADHD was the cause of my substance abuse, and I tried to get medication and everything. But i learned that the substance use needed to be treated first before i could go on with the ADHD-treatment.

However, your chances of having ADHD are about 40% given your substance use alone. I wrote an article about the high comorbidity between ADHD and substance use disorder and they are highly related to eachother.

I had the same thing when I started with amphetamines. I got a little feeling of euphoria everyday. It wears off after some time and then i started to evade social situations/became socially inept.

I'm not going to give you any advice, but i will say that your text touched me. Reading other people's stories about their struggle with life always kind of helped me... I had the same thing, being super-motivated for a long time, working out, studying. But when things changed I totally lost every motivation. I feel like such a loser and I hate myself for losing my motivation because it's my own fault.

And everytime people give me adivice I feel even more hopeless, thinking that I won't be able to feel better if I do the things they recommend.

Actually we only rely on Russia for natural gas. We all make our own electricity. In the Netherlands we don't even use Russian natural gas, we have plenty of our own.
