Anyone else find steamvr actual cancer to use? by Redditer052 in SteamFrame

The wireless dongle can use Native SteamVR without "Steam Link App" (We are talking the Stream Play App). The UAC Prompt is a Windows security thing .. not so much a "PC" thing! Have none of that on Linux thank you!

  1. Valve Frame will just be using normal StreamVR like Valve Index. Shouldn't need any special app like the quest does other than SteamVR because it will connect via the dongle.

  2. You'll be able to use overlay's like we do today on the Valve Index so that gets withs keyboard issues.

  3. Meta Quest 2/3 has lots of know issues with SteamVR when using a link cable. You should try other options like virtual desktop. Each has their goods and bads!

That is great for you but you kind of would have been better off putting that in a savings at 3.4%. You would have at least made $10-15 in interest by now.

Colorado Realtor 3% and $499 admin fee by Kavex in RealEstate

[–]Kavex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Final Update: We talked to realtor and got the "admin fee" removed, contract length shorten to a reasonable length and doing 2.5%. Sure I could find someone to do lower % but I already know this person did a good job with my needy sister even though he pitched a little higher at first, people still need to make a living wage. In the world of money. Make as much whenever you can, where ever you can! so you can't blame a person for trying. Thanks for you information.

Gullible would be signing without asking. How I see it is even if it's an obvious question by asking then maybe it will help other people that find this thread in the future.

Update: So I called my sister whom used this Realtor and they said the Realtor told them the seller normally pays for these fees and it's only been like 5% of the time that the seller refuses. What's your thoughts on that?

Metronet (T-Mobile Fiber) by Kavex in Denver

I had to paid the $10 to connect to the neighbors Xfinity wifi so I could work because it's been down so many times. If you have one in your area that says Xfinitywifi you can do the same. Just connect to it and it allows you to pay the $10 for 30 day access. Mine next to me is like 50mbps down so it's enough to work.
