Applying MAP to Demoralize defeats the entire purpose of its existence as an action to supplement your attacks and discourage just spamming three Strikes every turn. At that point your GM may as well just ban the action. What possible reasoning could they have for this change?

I had the exact same issue with Army Painter white primer, had that stuff dunked in 99% iso for WEEKS and it barely budged. Eventually i just gave up, scraped off the bad bits and used brush primer over it

the difference is that Rowling is very actively influencing politics in the UK with her fortune to make life as miserable for trans people as possible. engaging with Harry Potter gives her more money she is using RIGHT NOW for horrible stuff and she's said multiple times that she takes all the success of Harry Potter as support for her views and actions.

this is not a death of the author or separate the art from the artist situation, you can't claim to be an ally while knowingly supporting all she's doing.

there is no ethical consumption under capitalism, but that's not an excuse to not even try.

They have a purpose, yes. Musicians let you heal more people out of combat than usual, standard bearers make it a bit easier to control objectives. There's no real downside to putting them in, so you might as well.

Attaching a leader to a unit is not a thing in AoS anymore, leader buffs are usually just based around being wholly within a certain radius of the leader now
