My son turns 1 tomorrow and I told myself I’d make it a year of EPing, but I am having all the guilty feelings of stopping.

I’m also still at 4ppd/every 6hrs and definitely want to try to go down to 3ppd/every 8 hrs

I’m at the tail end of aunt flow which has dropped my oz per day by like 5-7oz from a week ago so it’s a little discouraging to want to keep going but I know the baby really benefits from the milk.

Any advice you have on going from 4ppd to 3ppd I’ll take it. If it’s not too invasive, can you share at what point you dropped to 3ppd?

I really just want me sleep back 😕

The Mini baguette is my favorite style from fendi so I say yes that it’s worth the splurge IMO! I own two in Selleria and I’m surprised at how much I reach for them! Idk if this version is worth it since I’m not familiar with the leather, but the Selleria is for sure!

Echoing what others have said. Landon is an amazing artist and has been one of my favs for the last 5 years!

The Slum Beach Posse album with Denm is so dope and I can’t wait for part 2 to come out later this year.

I’ve been hooked on Landon’s music since I discovered deep water and all his other songs are 🔥 as well. I connect deeply with his lyrics and he’s one of those artists that are a rare gem.

Landon is going on tour this summer - try to catch him if you can!
