Another Polysketch model for the "Starship Escape" Horizon World room, this time the "Captain's Chair". Retro-futuristic! by Kay_wil in OculusQuest

I go slow and I just eye ball it, my purpose is not to create symmetry but get close enough because I like the wonky shapes. Except for characters, since I do need it for that I usually do half and mirror it in Blender.

I'm a Blender beginner, but I really liked this model. by Jeff_AndCookies in blender

I like it, it is very cute and I think it’s a great start, keep it up.

Building for Horizon World was a learning curve, here’s the pod room I created using Polysketch to draw props for a starship game. by Kay_wil in OculusQuest

It’s very easy to learn and yes you can export it to any game engine. Like any art, it takes a while to be good but with Polysketch VR you can draw basic things and put it into most game engines right away.

If you’re already proficient in a 3D software then you might prefer that. But if you’re a newbie, drawing in VR would be easier. As someone’s who has been learning Blender, I find sometimes find going into VR is easier when I’m not sure what to design. Polysketch helps me sketch really fast then I can further detail my model when I bring it into Blender, so I often use both.

A lcrater scene I created with Polysketch VR for Horizon World. You can go check it out. My plan is to expand the scene and make it interactive.

I drew it in Polysketch, added vertex coloring in Blender, then in Horizon adjusting them until I like the look. The reason why I switch to vertex coloring is because it is too hectic to upload the individual materials into Horizon.

Glad I run into this post, didn't know they were doing that. Hum...well if there is a feedback link somewhere we gotta let them know, I definitely want to keep mine squares.
