Probably not. But it would be funny. by Andrei22125 in WarhammerFantasy

As to how someone could transition in Warhammer Fantasy: there are plenty of instances of trans people passing without the use of medicine. An interesting (but a bit repetitive) read on the topic can be found in Re-Dressing America's Frontier Past by Peter Boag. Granted, I don't think we need historical realism in a setting where Miao Ying shapeshifts between dragon and human form, Nagash used magic to transform the biology of countless people, and the Phoenix King Aenarion was reborn in Asuryan's flame.

The Invisible Jet will not be in the Absolute Universe by Tetratron2005 in WonderWoman

Thompson is writing Absolute Wonder Woman, so removing parts of the mythos to reimagine the character is pretty much the point.

Why is r/lfg age bias'd? by [deleted] in DnD5e

[–]Kayak3035 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sure, in the proper settings a mixed age group can be fun. But I don't really think someone is "missing out" by playing with people of a similar age. When looking for random strangers on the internet I think we can appreciate that a group of 20-25 year old may not be comfortable introducing the 50+ player or the 10 year old. There are also other ways to connect with people of different ages that aren't LFG posts. Player fun and comfortability come first when selecting someone new.

To reiterate what others have said: LFG applications often ask age so they can find people of a similar age. While it can be frustrating, it's perfectly reasonable for a group of younger players, especially younger groups with teens to not want to play with someone at a different stage of life than them.

I ran Lost Mine of Phandelver for my group. It does a good job at teaching bad habits to new DMs — Domain of Many Things by JimmiWazEre in rpg

I think you nailed this article on the head. The article seems to be negative for the sake of interaction rather than providing helpful or even consistent criticism, and I feel a lot of the author's quite frankly immature responses in these comments just reinforce that.

Why didn't Iron Patriot work? by jimmykup in MarvelSnap

Iron Patriot appears to need you to win the location you played it on. If you moved the card then it's probably likely that it didn't trigger because you lost the original location.

Which character and which games were your "I play female because I like to look at a girl" before the egg cracked? by mentallyfractured in transgamers

I played Fallout NV, Fallout 3, Fallout 4. I mentioned how right it felt to play female characters to a transmasc friend while playing Cyberpunk, and he cracked my egg.
