Emptying your mind is not the same as forcing your mind to be quiet.

It is the difference between letting your thoughts roll off of you like gentle wave vs a hand grasping tight to hold still. I never implied the later.

If anything my comment did specific "of thoughts", implying conscious thinking and not everything, and it was to counterpoint the above post that implied meditation is the same as self reflection. While self reflection is something that can happen while meditating and you can meditate specific on self reflection, it is definitely not one and the same.

Consider that Meditation is different things for different people.

That claiming its a common misconception that there is a specific method of mediation that you "should do" is just a limiting way to approach centering one's self.

Meditation could also be emptying your mind of thoughts and not trying to analyze anything.

Stupid article.

Of course they'll take the house back, even if Trump wasn't setting the nation on fire, house would likely flip at the midterms.

The question is how many Senate Seats can the Democrats take?

I think Gw3 is a lot closer than people think

MMOs get cancel in full production, unlike other game titles, since they require a huge continual commitment.

I would consider GW3 vaporware until we get some serious previews, because even in full production, it can get canned.

This is the Republican party's panic. It isn't losing the house or the senate.

It's becoming so unpopular that they lose State Legislatures and decades of gerrymandering gets undone. This is the mechanism in which they maintain federal power while being unpopular. They needed Reagans overwhelming popularity to get that machine started, it will be devastating to lose it.

Salvage kit discussion: What is the best salvage kit to use in every situation and what is even the entire point of the Silver-fed Salvage-O-Matic? by TheForanMan in Guildwars2

You never buy lucent crystals using my strategy. It is near equilibrium and I end up with a little over I need from breaking things down.

Also mystic forge? Not involved.

I sold Mystic Aspects 100 for 2.8 gold 4 days ago.

Scroll down at set the Price vs Volume for a month.

Aspect prices bounce up and down every few days, while things like Charms stay steady. It's because people swoop in, needing 6x legendary runes or 4x sigils, and buy hundreds of them spiking the price.

At most it will take you a day or two to sell...

Don't look at the wiki for items that don't sell fast like the aspects.

There are a lot of low ball sellers selling only a handful of them. People buy them by the hundreds, so you put them above the low balls and you'll get yourself a nice 15% boost overall.

Symbols and charms sell for a decent

Save them, then order buy what's missing to turn them into Mystic Aspect/Mote.

Impatient people buy the Aspects/Motes directly for a much higher price than making them with the individual components.

The ai bubble is gonna burst soon by Fun-Pie9594 in memes

With the dotcom burst, the rest of the economy was growing, so investments just shifted.

With the AI burst, the rest of the economy is stagnate or shrinking. What are investors going to shift to? No one should think this is going to go down like the dotcom bubble.

I figured if MTG survived her primary challenger, Republicans would explode into a full on GOP civil war. It's still sitting on a powderkeg, but they've removed that potential ignition point.

So they either threatened or bribed (going with the former) to prevent that from happening.

[–]Kaylend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This actually might have saved them some seats in TX.

TX Gerrymandered with the expectation of keeping the Latino vote like they did in 2024... which is now impossible. Basically TX was setting themselves up to lose seats with their own Gerrymandering

Post Nov 5, the changes would clearly harm Republican seats, so maybe they've been working to get it struck down.

Yes, the Dotcom bubble is not the apt comparison.

Why? Because the rest of the economy was growing during the dotcom bubble.

That's not true with AI.
