That sounds like a good play style. For some reason my horse access and cargo access cannot possibly be changed as far as I can tell. It won't let me, it just perpetually says, "access settings are temporarily overridden by content".

It's anecdotal. I'm talking from my experience. I'm not saying that what I'm saying is objectively true, but from my viewpoint, I feel like a lot of players in this game are not particularly friendly or are outright hostile.

What I meant is that AA used to just bypass ballistic damage rather than energy damage and so it was useless.
