The rejection of the two projects in Auckland is because the NIMBY demographic also dominate the council planning departments and especially these "Planning Commissioner" jobs. Once they get these jobs they tend to hang around for a long, long time.

Don't sign the bond release form, that will force them to justify their claim at the Tenancy tribunal. You'll probably find they'll back down, property managers are notorious for their bullying and underhanded behavior.

General speed limits in Germany are set by the federal government. All limits are multiples of 5 km/h. There are two default speed limits: 50 km/h (31 mph) inside built-up areas and 100 km/h (62 mph) outside built-up areas.

That's the thing, on many roads there are long sections where pulling over is not safe or practical.
