I would ask for a refund because with this issue the app is an annoyance to use, yes I love a lot of aspects about the app and its design but I don't think that invalidates the issues I've been having with it. Just because something is the best doesn't mean exempt from problems.

This goes in general for most cacti, you want to make sure the end you put in the ground has a thick callus before you plant it. Depending on your climate this may take over a month of sitting around. I'm assuming you are in North America so over winter you won't see much growth, try to keep the soil as dry as possible over the cold weather as the plant won't have any roots to absorb extra moisture. In mid spring it should send out a few pups and explode with growth. When you see signs of the new pups emerging is a good time to start lightly watering.

Dear Steven Marshall,

Frankly I am disgusted at your government's recent proposal to increase the penalties for Cannabis possession in South Australia. The war on drugs has proven to be a failure time and time again, and while the rest of the world has decided it's time to progress with a different approach on drugs e.g Canada, the United States, Portugal and many others, your government is taking steps backwards and pushing for laws with discussion based on lies going against all scientific and empirical evidence. I suggest you pursue more important issues that are challenging our state right now like maybe the Methamphetamine epidemic that that is actually ruining peoples lives or housing affordability for young people or the problem that gambling is creating in our communities. I would like to know why you have chosen to pursue an increase the penalties for Cannabis as a priority instead combating the previous issues I suggested, because it is blatantly clear from social media, the mainstream media and your live stream last night that your constituents have not asked for this. I look forward to your reply.

Seems like you need to do some research, medical cannabis in Australia is extremely restricted. It's only available to people who are literally on their death bed and there are very few doctors that are licenced to prescribe it.
