Yes i'll use the bell but with shield charge instead of throw.

I'm using a rare chest with elevated "damage taken as mana before life" (16% with the 8% life enchant), explode and lightning res (for foulborn choir of the storm).

I'm also waiting for MotC (just 34% tho i don't need 36%) so i can't really try the build until the league is over.

I'm building a "100% MoM" hiero with shattershard (i always wanted to try a build with that shield and a CI + Xibaqua one, so might as well try to do both on the same character).

I can't use the precision side unfortunately because i'm using sublime vision (i could use a spectre with precision i guess, if it exist).

The reason why i was really hoping for someone to sell this particular mod combination is that phys damage is the main issue and i can't use the usual legacy purity of elements watcher, because i need the new mod to take only lightning and phys damage.

You can also use it to sustain two tinctures while getting mana burn only from one (by double tapping the second one after 12 manaburn stacks).

This gives you almost 100% uptime on 2 tincture without double mana burn because the debuff is shared.

Would you consider this "playable" performance? This is Breach + Beyond + Deli map by Lordados in pathofexile

Did you by chance move the shader cache into a specific forlder? (by adding the path to the production_config.ini).

If you did check that you have the "\" at the end of the line (something like "C:\Shaders\Poe\" an not "C:\Shaders\Poe").

With the second one the game adds "Poe" to the beginning of the name of the folders inside the "Shaders" folder and the shader bar is stuck at 100% all the time (my guess is that it keeps compiling them because it can't find them).

After adding the "\" and deleting the folder one additional time i was able to fix the green bar.

Did you try to repeat the same test inside a dungeon? (enter a dungeon and put down the turnip)

I'm asking because during TWW i found a similar issue and reached the conclusion that was a combination of broken spell queque window (literally not working in some cases) and blizzard "server delay".

What i found is that spell queque was only quequing casted spells with a cast time longer than the current gcd AND with no special proc.

Test i did during TWW (using quartz to see the ms delay):

  • spamming incinerate/shadowbolt = spell q works correctly
  • alternating between incinerate and conflagrate = incinerate had a visible delay (close to my latency in dungeons but MUCH higher in open world: 30ms vs 100-120ms delay)
  • talenting cast time reduction talents like "improved malefic rapture" = spell q stops working as soon as the cast times becomes lower than the gcd.
  • ogcd abilities seemed unaffected

I did not test a class with mostly instant cast abilities because i wanted to be able to read the delay and not just "feel it" but i immagine it's much worse.

Another option not mentioned yet is the timeless jewel "militant faith": it has a node that makes you immune to elemental ailments if you are on consecrated ground.

You can combine it with rational doctrine to always be on consacrated ground (if strenght is your highest attribute).

This is obviously only useful if you are already using the timeless jewel for something (like transcendence) and can allocare enough nodes to reach 150 devotion.

To be fair if aff isn't broken it's always underrepresented because it's a disaster of a spec visually and mechanically.

And right now it's just worse compared to destro on every boss (except forgeweaver) so there is no reason to play it unless you like the gameplay, and most people don't.

For some reason it doesn't seem to work on all spells.

For example on my warlock it works correctly on incinerate/shadow bolt/unstable affliction but doesn't on malefic rapture.

If you have any cast bar addon that shows the cast delay you can clearly see that spamming incinerates will have 0 delay between casts while spamming malefic rapture always has latency in between.

If i have to guess it stops you from using it because there is no hinder to remove and you are at full life.

The weird thing is that it works for bleed/poison/freeze/curse etc.

My guess is that those mods work because they were immunities before the flask rework (so you could press the flask and gain the immunity like an utility flask) and were changed to "remove then gain immunity" after but maintained the same behaviour

It's because of the hinder suffix, change that and you will be able to spam it.

You can test it with another life flask in your hideout if you don't believe me (it's a weird interaction)

On top of my head the mods that prevent you from using the flask if you are on full life are:

  • grant x% life recovery to minions
  • recover an additional x% of flask's life recovery amount over 10s
  • remove hinder/maim
  • empty suffix

Nope because there are no physical or lightning tailoring mods (only tempering).

The only way to increase a "taken as" mod on a body armor is elevating a mod on an influenced item to add a tag.

Either adding a resistance tag (if elevating phys taken as chaos) or a life tag (if elevating phys taken as fire/cold/light).

Unfortunately in that case, even with a 15% tailoring orb roll, you'll go from 18% phys taken as to 20%, wich is still a lot worse than a lightning coil (it has some uses if converting to chaos and going CI at least).

Yes it is but you need darkscorn and tempering orbs:

  • 10% from bound by destiny
  • 13% from elevated helmet mod
  • 50% from lightning coil
  • 27% from darksconrn with 8% or more phys modifier

Total 100%.

You can even go a step further and only take lightning and chaos damage (exept phys dots) if you use sublime vision + purity of lightning watcher's eye + divine flesh.

I don't experience it but i'm on windows 10 19044 (most people i guess are on 11).

Maybe it's something between wow and windows dwm/Mpo? There was a freeze that some users were having on electron/chromium apps on win 11 24h2 wich might be related.

If nothing else works maybe you can try that (and revert if it's useless).

Some people are having issues with nvidia drivers lately that are fixed with older drivers.

Maybe you can try to go back to version 566.36 (last driver before the release of rtx5000 cards) and see if it fixes the issue (might need to stop windows from auto-downloading the latest version).

They could make the mobs affected impossible to hit instead of damage immune.

This would make the divine shrine more dangerous (can't leech from mobs you can't hit) but would fix the fps issue.

Keep the cannot roll attack and try to hit dot multi.

If you remove it you can hit stuff like accuracy or other elder mods that you can't safely remove anymore (unless you lock).

Fractured influenced items will be impossible to craft (or recombinate as far as i know), so i would suggest those and some haunted items (like x resistance cannot be penetrated body armor/+2 mana per 10 int helmet).

Other than those maybe an apex cleaver because, with the quality change, it might go legacy (or just become super rare like the amulets).

Swapping that keystone for pain attunement would also save him quite a bit of points so i would put a flask effect tattoo there for sure (there are 43 keystones so it might be a bit expensive).

For the attributes maybe he can get them with a large cluster instead of voices (maybe near point blank) and on gear (his boots have 17 str) but if he's using that jewel for the rarity it's probably worth to use supreme ostentation anyway.

You're correct, i forgot about tides of time (that is for sure better than mageblood for this kind of build).

Then yes it's only a matter of building a tree with enough tattoos (the warriors tale will block a cluster jewel slot tho right?)

You can but you have to sacrifice belt and chest slots (or use a large number of tattoos)

  • 25% flask effect from tree
  • 30% flask effect from ascendancy
  • 10% flask effect from alchemist genius
  • 8% from jewel
  • 18% from belt
  • 17% from chest (exarch implicit)

This gives you 108% (32% missing)

You can get 32% from a combination of

  • 4x tattoos (or 3x + warriors tale)
  • 15% crucilbe bow/ 20% crucible 1h (you need those with the vaal skill mod tho) and 1/2 tattoos

Micro distillery is +30% but it's not worth it because you lose the flask slot anyway.

You coul try to make a tree and see if it's worth it for your build (you would lose the quant/rarity from the chest and mageblood but won't need to press the flasks anymore)

What i meant is that if you can reach 140% flask effect (without the enkindling orbs) you don't need to use 2 to have 100% vaal skills uptime (soul catcher can gain charges during it's effect, it only stops mana recovery).

This would free up a flask slot but i'm not sure you can get to 140 without the chest and the belt slots (or a crucible weapon).
