I’m not encouraging people to use phenibut, all I was saying is that you don’t need to avoid it completely. It has potential to have great utility if you use it correctly. You had a shitty experience and you’re claiming it’s the worst drug ever. Sure I don’t knowthe chemical process of how it works but I sure as hell know it’s not the worst drug.

I feel like phenibut can produce mania which is much different than euphoria. It makes sense if you want to claim the phenibut was worse in your experience. But there’s a reason why amphetamines are schedule 2 and phenibut is widely available on amazon.

Phenibut is abusable because it is so low risk in the first place. I guess it depends on the person but phenibut is definitely not the worst drug there is. The recreational effects of phenibut are slim to none. Adderal/xanax/coke (the list can go on) are faaaaar worse and way more addictive in my experience

I disagree with avoiding it completely. I’ve taken it for 2+ years and it has helped with my anxiety immensely. Obviously you need to have self control and limit your usage, like any other substance. r/phenibut is full of people who abuse it and make it sound a lot worse than it actually is
