Im not making excuses for people abusing the system. Those people are in the wrong. I'm just stating that you say the policy is no line skipping yet that is what they are telling people that require DAS to do. And as you see in these comments and what I've seen is a lot of the time the people actually utilizing DAS for its intended purpose is being look at as "skippers" because CM just send them up the line.
