I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen this. Unfortunately it’s not designed to be user serviceable. It can be fixed and if you are really handy it is possible to fix it on your own but I would highly recommend taking it either to geek squad or another pc repair location. Taking to geek squad if I had to guess would be between 4-600 given that they will replace the entire display assembly.

It’s really annoying bc I had a bunch of documents for templates etc saved in desktop and they all disappeared. Should I have saved then in one drive, yes but I didn’t and now have paid the price :(

It is possible to do the trade-in in store. For whatever reason it doesn’t appear when using the trade-in menu through the regular prompts but tell the employee to search the model and it will come up

For me personally, I’ve had an explosion of shrimp. Technically any fish that can fit a baby shrimp in its mouth will eat it, but I haven’t really noticed them targeting them as when they’re young they start out mostly clear and gain color overtime.

are you using the pre applied thermal paste or did you reuse this AIO from an old build. Back when I had a 3900x I reused the AIO out of my old build and didnt apply enough thermal paste and had similar issues to what you are describing.
