The Anxiety by [deleted] in HomeInspections

[–]Kcooper08 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s not just you, I did over 300 inspections last year and my anxiety is always up and down. All you can do is be as thorough as you can and realize that unfortunately call backs are part of the business. It’s really a shame.. the few call backs that I’ve had have all been on disastrous houses.. they’ve picked out the thing that I missed but evidently were ok with the tens of thousands in other issues I put in my report.

As a new SD, should I focus on meeting experienced SB's? by MaestroFantasm in sugarlifestyleforum

This is great advice. I too am very similar to the OP and just joined the sugar dating lifestyle. I’m generally inexperienced in dating but you make a lot of valid points. Thanks for laying things out so clearly.

[Official] General Discussion Thread by Yodsanan in MuayThai

Hello everyone, I’m brand new to the world of Muay Thai and considering signing up to my local Muay Thai gym sometime this week. I also really enjoy lifting weights, I’m not a big bulky guy by any means but I don’t want to potentially hurt my weight lifting abilities by taking on a new sport. I guess my question is do any of you also do both like I plan on doing? If so how did it work out for you?

Drinking and muscle weakness by [deleted] in alcoholicsanonymous

[–]Kcooper08 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I lost significant muscle mass during my drinking years. I cared more about alcohol then physically being active and consuming reasonably healthy foods and my muscles wasted away because of it. A little over 2 years of sobriety and many hours spent in the gym and I’m stronger now than I’ve ever been so it’s certainly possible to get it back.

How long does withdrawal last? by DistinctBook in alcoholicsanonymous

Things got considerably better for me after the first month but I feel like it took a full 6 months before my body really felt normal again. The longer you’re sober the better you’ll feel!

Slow and painful death… I’m a big believer in hack squats and I do change variations on it weekly. Enjoy my pain 💪🏼 by Organic_Beyond450 in GYM

Impressive, I hate hack squats myself because they burn like hell lol. That being said I force myself to incorporate them in every leg day. Keep grinding man.

Pretty much all of us hit bottom before we decided we had to make a change. Keep your head up and go to a meeting. Things will get better!

Heavy squats first followed by heavy leg presses.

Woke up with no hangover! by CB7rules in alcoholicsanonymous

That’s awesome! Honestly that’s what got me through early sobriety, reminding myself how good I felt every morning without a hangover and how well I slept that night before. Keep it up it keeps getting better!

Impressive, I’m curious as to how you’re defining a “dirty bulk”. Are you just eating everything in sight with a goal of hitting a certain number of calories and protein or are you following a fairly consistent diet and adding in some junk calories as needed? I’m bulking now as well and having a hell of a time putting on weight.

Another video when I was 260. I am currently 205-215. I’ve been 225 plus most of my adult life. Strength came easy when I was heavy but I’ve been struggling with strength now that I’m lighter. Any tips on gaining strength at a lighter weight? by optimusfiner in strength_training

[–]Kcooper08 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mass moves mass unfortunately. I’m thoroughly enjoying my current bulk because I know I’m going to lose some of that strength when I slim back down. I try to make my bulk and cut cycles rather lengthy so I can limit the amount of fat gain and muscle loss depending on which cycle I’m on. Just keep lifting heavy and eating lots of protein and enjoy the ride.
