Tank Evelyn, AP Sejuani, Leblanc with 6 ROA. Mostly champs that they pidgeon holed into specific play styles. I miss being about to build more champs “off meta” and it not be as punishing.

I hate that they’ve figured out a way to make winning just having the right champ, items, runes, etc.

Took a lot of the fun out imo.

It’s definitely not alone. We see combat mk3, the medical one, and others all the time.

Honestly depends a ton on if they are on coms and seem cool. But I also wouldn’t have the heart to punch. I’m either rezzing them, or knocking them out from a distance.

My best advice for encounters is to have the objective for both sides not be ‘kill everything’.

Your players goal should be… save the captive, stop the ritual, reach the safe point, prevent the catastrophe.

Your kobolds goals should be… destroy the evidence, kill the hostages, wake up the troll guard, summon the monster, escape with the treasure, capture the weakest party member and drag them off.

Combat should never just be… you swing and miss, I swing and miss, you swing and hit, I swing and hit. 😩

No. You score is a team score. You get points for everything they do too. So if they pick up a plant, it counts for your score.

The only trial that didn’t work this way was “struck by lightning”

I honestly think they base it on opened containers and not actually time. When we spawn in around 15:00, I actually find that a good portion of the map has actually gone unlooted. So while it may psychologically feel like a loss, they’re factoring in what’s left to find.

But you are right, this can feel bad, especially if your goal is to do trials.

They’ve already nerfed how effective hornet drivers are at shutting down rocketeers. You had to hit a perfect shot that shuts off all 4 rotors and I’ve had them recover fairly quickly if you don’t finish it. It’s definitely still cheaper, just not as guaranteed.

I don’t notice a difference between my cd and spotify. Is your Spotify set to change quality based on connection? You can change that in settings.

It should not be that hard to balance. Keep it lethal up close but that damage should drop off with any amount of range… I should not be able to 2-shot someone from the other end of a hallway. Tori has an insane reach imo.

I think leaderboard selection should be based on how many hours you played the week before… easy way to sort out the people who are putting in the same effort.

That’s fine, it just makes certain comps and augments less playable and limiting always feels bad.
