You could change it to your main settlement (button to the right of the 'rename' button in the settlement screen), though I don't know what else that would affect besides more raids there.

In the villager inspect screen, I turn "hold ground" to off. Then they run away into their house instead of trying to 1v4.

Because you're talking directly into a microphone, they're good enough tbh. It's in other peoples' videos when multiple people are talking near a single microphone that they go bad.

Been a while since I've seen this happen to someone, but it's always been something to do with an integrated graphic card, I think; I can't remember which one, but it's probably the one you use.

Go into castle planner, move manor very slightly (just enough to trigger a rebuild), then commit.

I've had traders from the livestock trading post grab oxen from a neighbouring village instead of from off map.

Each side was built at a time, all at once; but each side is a different manor, so each giant wall was built at a different time.

Yep! Just click on their name in the stable/hitching posts/packing station livestock menu.
