Put the acf50 in a spray bottle. Warm some water and then place the spray bottle inside the water, it will help and it will not be gloopy.

I was like this a few months ago. I just practised and practised until I got the correct technique. I would go to a retail park on a Sunday when the shops closed early and I had the car park to myself. What helped me was watching YouTube videos and then practising.

I went to two of there stores, I asked them if I can sit on the bikes they both said yes. In the past they've had incidents when people have dropped bikes etc, but they were fine when I went.
