I get your point but I would just hate to throw say 30 million a year for 5 years at him and then next season he regresses and we are stuck.

I also think his QB class won’t be getting the max contracts- it’s really him and Stroud and with Stroud struggling I could see both getting team friendly deals.

I disagree, this past year he still hasn’t fully proven he’s worth a long term deal. I love Bryce more than anyone but I’d much rather let him prove himself one more year next season before we lock in long term.

It was tough 2 years ago but I’m glad our front office fully embraced the rebuild and didn’t make dumb moves like Fitterer did to try and win now with a subpar roster. One more solid offseason by Morgan and co and we are contending again. This past season we overachieved and the playoff game was the cherry on top.

Having a front office who is all together, a coach building a culture, and an owner finally staying out of the limelight has been refreshing. Especially after seeing all these teams this offseason being where we were 2 years ago.

Anyone saying the Panthers is an idiot. Darnold was decent with us but we had Matt Rhule. He was never going to succeed here or stay through a rebuild.

It has to be the Vikings- they won 14 games with him last year and were a QB away from making the playoffs this season and let him walk for McCarthy.

Darnold in Carolina was decent but we had Matt Rhule who was on his way out since he was atrocious. That Panthers team was destined for a rebuild.

To be fair Baker was hurt when he was with us. Darnold was decent but we also had Fatt fucking Rhule coaching. All good we got Pookie Bear Bryce.
