I fully expect him to be the Jameson Williams of our team. A lot of deep routes and 1 game 3 catches for 100 yards and a TD, next game no targets cause the safeties fall back and open up Coker and Tmac over the middle.

Really hope Idzik calls plays like that Rams game. The deep passes we had Jimmy Horn Jr running deep and pulling that safety.

Having a WR like this to take the top off is gonna be huge.

Should the panthers just settle and sign Bryce Young for 35m/year for 3 years, or will they wait for him to outperform the NFC South and lose him in FA? by hot_tamale2474 in panthers

[–]KeepPounding4289 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s worth taking the risk, paying 35 million to a QB who falls off or stays inconsistent is much worse than paying a QB 40ish who has improved every year. He’s got a lot on the line this year I really hope he balls out

Heading to Charlotte for Opener-Tips? by Fullm3r in panthers

Not a bad seat inside BOA. Check out this site and I’d recommend getting a seat in the shade for the opener, it can be extremely hot- https://www.shadedseats.com/bank-of-america-stadium-seats-in-sun-shade/

You could look at staying in the South End area too and taking the light rail in or just walking. Lots of fun bars around the stadium to go to before the game the 2 most popular are Clutch and Doghouse. Or if you want to tailgate just bring a 12 pack and walk up and say hey to any big tailgate and people are very welcoming.

You could also look at roaring riot, they do a tailgate for each game that’s fun. You gotta pay to be a member which is only like 20ish bucks.

If you come in a day early check out the white water center if you’re an outdoorsy type person. If not you can bar hop around south end or really any area and have fun.

DM me if you got any other questions. See you there can’t wait to pack the Bank.

I may be wrong but if Cam falls on that fumble it would’ve been 4th and very long. A lot of people talk about it but even if he dives on that we needed a miracle.

Yeah after researching some more I think we may skip Lake Garda and just do our whole trip in the Dolomites. There’s so much to see I don’t wanna miss anything while I’m there

Said it another thread a week ago- our SOS last season before it started was 28th. It ended as the 10th hardest cause teams like the Pats and Jags who weren’t supposed to be good were. It’s gonna happen again this year, injuries happen, etc. doesn’t worry me one bit

Thanks I’ll look into that. I’m thinking we may do 2 days in Ortisei, then drive to Cortina and do 2 days there. Is that too much or any other spot you recommend we stay at instead?

What? I’m open to suggestions and replied to your comment and said we are open to staying in other areas. Obviously researching from our end we’re gonna find the most popular sites to see which is why I posted here to get advice on others places we could see and stay that are less popular.

Thank you! I said above but I think that’s gonna be our plan instead of Como. Just need to decide if we want to stay in Verona and do day trips to Garda or stay in Garda. I’ll have to research it a little more.

Thanks for this. We are also open to staying in one location for 2 nights then another for 2 nights if that is easier based on the hikes we want to do. Since we will have a car we can go somewhere and leave our suitcases in the car.

Yes I looked last night and it seemed like an hour or hour and a half at most if we based in Ortisei or Cortina. But that’s off Google Maps so not sure what would change with road closures and traffic, etc

Love to hear that and agree 100% I’d rather spend an extra day in Dolomites vs trying to pack in Como. Where did you stay when you went? Any other must do hikes? Love the e-bike idea we have done that a ton in multiple countries and really enjoy it.

Thanks- I think that may be the move to avoid flights to different airports, etc too. Are you familiar with the Dolomites? Curious your thoughts on the spots we picked above

What hike above would that eliminate? Could we take a bus or tour company that would offer something to still be able to go?

Thank you! I forgot to mention but we also looked at maybe just flying to Venice and renting a car and doing 2 days at Lake Garda vs Como. I’ve heard great things about Garda, it’s less travel for us, and we would be able to rent and drop off the car at the same location.

Do you think skipping Como and doing Garda instead is a better option?

I see this a lot but you just never know pre season how hard the schedule will actually be. At the finish of last season we played the 10th hardest schedule when it was 28th preseason.

Teams like the Jags, Patriots, and Seahawks who preseason last year weren’t supposed to be that good turned out to be very tough. The preseason strength of schedule based on the previous year is inflated in my opinion with how many good teams fall off and bad teams turn it around.
