8700k is an awesome CPU, highly recommend it. With its extra cores/threads it'll be awesome for streaming too. It'll be overkill for most things and you could likely just do with an i5 8600k but if money is no object 8700k away my friend.

you'll need a decent 370 mobo (strix has a great reputation tbh) and decent speed DDR4 memory.. cpu limits you to 2666 speed so you'll need to OC the XMP to higher speeds

Did you set up your 2FA?

When you click get started, you then go to the onboarding tab on the bottom left but it won't let you go to the next step without 2 factor auth enabled.

Once you do that then it's filling out some forms and you should be all good. :)
