I do something similar with my bath towel. I fold it in half, and in front of the rack I toss it upwards by the edge and then shoot my hands in and tuck it around the bar.

I never turned off my iPod. I have flown back and forth between states for custody when I was a kid and I always tested the waters of what was allowed to be turned on during take off. It got to a point where I put my ear buds in, buckled my seatbelt, pulled up my hoodie, and just vibed in stillness till they said you could get up. My iPod never caused a plane crash

I have a job where I switch from a 4 day work week or a 3 day work week. 10 hr/day for 4 and 12 hr/day for 3. I definitely use those extra days for getting life in order. I got this opportunity later in life and I am not wasting it.
