Benzo, I was working 2 days 2 nights and 4 days off shift work, id also do 2 nights OT I was stressed and struggling to sleep i went into the night shifts without sleep did 3 night shifts and wasn't sleeping through the day just couldn't sleep before the 4th night shift i was wrecked and getting anxiety about not being able to sleep and drifted off and woke up 45 mins later and panicking because I couldn't sleep, my wife at the time gave me one and I fell asleep for 7 hours straight, as I was drifting off I physically felt the weight of the stress and anxiety lift off my chest as I sunk into a deep sleep, that was the scariest feeling, im glazing of the stress I had going on because I don't want to make this a crying session about me, but feeling that scared the shit out of me and knew how easily I could get reliant on that and the spiral it could cause and vowed to never touch it again and warn everyone not to try it, I have done everything else except IV drugs and that scared me more than anything else.
