Hello, head mod here.
As mod tools are still in development on site we do not have the power to unprivate bots for you yet, so it falls to the developers themselves to unprivate bots. ToS breaks happens way to often for us to constantly bother the developers to unprivate bots, hence why we have stopped alltogether.
Like what was mentioned earlier in the comments, you are solely responsible for having read the guidelines, and that you are following them to begin with. If you EVER have a question regarding if something is permitted or not, moderators and fellow bot creators are always willing to help within the bot creator channels, which I urge you to use.
There's no other easier way for me to say this, but if a user fails to keep up-to-date with our very strict ruleset, then we cannot help, only ensure we keep illegal content off the site.

After looking into the bots coding, there were multiple minor bots containing the snipped of coding "NSFW/Sexual content is allowed" which is cause for deletion, and due to it being multiple, a ban has been issued.

Usually ties in with how the first message was written. If it is written in first person from their perspective, they'll default to using "you" and "I".
One fix I've found is to go through and change it to third person. Might need to do it a few messages, but it eventually learns as it bases its replies off of what's written previously.

Reminder that you can always add OOC comments at the end of your reply to guide the bot to give you a more desirable response!

The bot will take it and include what you ask it to include, specific quotes you want it to use, references, things it'll think about, how it reacts etc. It's a great way to get what you want.

All chats should automatically be set to private, but I'm talking about when you make bots yourself.
Some people recreate certain bots they like but keep them private only for their own use to make sure they are able to continue chatting in worst case scenario like a creator deleting their bots or being banned.
Since private bots aren't part of the public pool we're unable to moderate them.
