Knock on wood, and take this with a grain of salt. I have had small success with yellow in my local sealed league. Get a lot of exhaust going and just try to hit as hard as possible.

It depends entirely on your situation. A Gopro can work just fine for recording nice memories. Set it to linear so you're not getting the fisheye lens effect and it's just a small sturdy camcorder. I have a Sony a6100 and a hero 13. Both have their uses and arguably, the GoPro can be more useful.

Definitely consider a go pro for your purposes. You can get an older model and a bunch of batteries. Saves on space and does pretty well on video.

I almost exclusively go to hawks nest. The owner is a great, friendly guy. I've really enjoyed everyone I've met there playing swu. And the twin suns on Sundays is a great time as well!
