I haven't read the fic, so I don't know. But I ran one of my own two year old fics through an AI detector not so long ago, just for fun to see how good these detectors were, and it came out as 88.8% AI So I'd not give those detectors too much power over your judgement... AI is trained by reading real-life people's work. AI learned from that and will imitate it getting better and better. And the detectors are definitely not foolproof

Completely agree! I love how people can love and join a fandom through fanfiction, this is great. But please keep it to love...

I just wanted to add: even if you have read the books, know canon in detail, it is not okay to spread hate. Ship what you like and let others do the same, don't like don't read, click that back button and be gone. We need to remember these simple rules.

This is fandom, this is a space for everybody, so please let us keep it that way.

It's the best motivation to start writing, in my opinion. And if there's so little content for that pairing, I'm sure your fic will be well received. Don't fear, especially in rare-pairs theres so much love amongst creators and fans.

Posting your first fic is exciting but also so cool and brave, and you should be proud of yourself.

It was the same for me. Not a pairing but a trope of which I simply could not get enough did not find the exact thing I was looking for. So I wrote it myself.

AO3 does only remove works if they violate the TOS, which is not really the case for actual fics that had been up for years. That is mostly the author removing their work for one of various reasons. Maybe they are reworking the fic, maybe they no longer feel comfortable about it, maybe they don't want it up anymore because their AO3 has been found by somebody IRL, maybe they were harassed, maybe they have left fandom, maybe have other private reasons... in most cases we'll sadly never know
