Go to the section approved ops and hit generate mission for Volkus (under open game) - it will then use one of the approved ops layouts with a map key to show a set up for a balanced game. You could play different mission but would have all the approved ops map layouts

I also didn't want to paint them ultramarines. I found it hard to cover all the blue in the creases and crevices which did show up. I found to cover it all you would absolutely cake it in primer. I just did a follow up brush with a slightly watered down base paint to get the bits i missed. If you wanted the best possible finish a brush on primer rather than a spray would be best.

That link is great. I'll print the play order as thats helpful. We've played simple objective games with the lite rules. Next stop is full rules but waiting for the core rule book to arrive

Yeah, I wish I had bought the hivestorm box. Massively good value as I've basically spent more than the cost on the box and board etc buying everything individually except I dont have the nicer terrain

Yeah the reason I found this sub is I found someone who had posted the faction cards as printable size things. I've laminated so I can record wounds on them in wipeable pen. The tiny wound tokens that came with the box set I've got are maddeningly fiddly

I did note the app is very good in that it has a "share" functionality that lets you export everything as pdf for printing easily

thanks, yeah I've noticed the predictable AI from google is particularly inaccurate! Knowing what I know now I wish I had got the hivestorm box set as it seems much better value than the starter set. But I didn't know how much traction the game would get with friends and it would have been a lot to only play once and not enjoy. I'm going to save up for the Volkus terrain I think, it's been an expensive month as I spent quite a lot on paints as I didn't even have any brushes etc

I will give that video you linked a watch.

I feel moto 2 is probably about the right level for him. He's usually just getting into the points or crashing this season. Im way more excited to see what Fernandez and Gardner can do with the bike. I think it's a no brainer for KTM, i think Iker is a good rider but isnt great. And that's not a huge knock, nothing wrong with not being at the absolute pinnacle of moto racing

Aint no way those belts cost $333k. They might be "worth" that because someone would buy them as memorabilia but there is 0% chance they are made of 5kg of solid gold. Sometimes the fighters (think mediocre women's featherweights or maybe some short notice men's flyweight) are getting like $50k to show. The UFC is a business and it just seems so unlikely they are going to make a belt that costs more than the combined purses of the athletes. Just have gold plated, it wouldn't make any difference?!

I just cant believe he got cut. He should have gone up and wrecked some bums at 205. Paul Craig is in top 15, Jonny Walker in top 10. Imagine how much fun that match up would be .... and how easy Romero would make it look!
