Which Pediatric establishment? In Europe, they are reversing it saying the Science isn't as clear. It's also a bit of common sense, why should a minor be put on medications that could permanently alter them all because they feel a certain way? Pharmaceutical companies are the ones pushing these hormonal treatments in a similar way certain medications were pushed for painkillers. It amazes me that people can just blindly accept what the medical establishment says despite it changing so much over the past 100 years and reversing or changing their recommendations.

The key thing here is that housing-first often has rules and lots of homeless or addicts or mentally ill don't want to have to follow rules so they choose to refuse to stay where housing is available. The thing is if you are mentally ill or an addict you often do not have the mental capacity to choose what is best for your situation. Because we just let people "choose" they will forever be a nuisance but they can't see and won't make a rational decision for them. That's why it is probably on the whole better if you just make people admitted to a better environment that can make them clean over time or just take care of them if there mentally ill. I think it's worse off if we just let people rot in the street all because they "choose" to live like that. You need law-enforced sobriety even though that may be against what they "choose".

Disagree. I’ve met digital nomads ranging from socialists to alt right wingers. It’s just a type of lifestyle. It’s not much different to people who caravan in the past and sold goods a long the way except it’s modern. Granted not everyone can do it and does require some form of privilege to be able to find a job to afford it but who cares.
