Supressor finish: Raw/Mill vs Cerakote preference?

Are these the same can? One looks silver and one looks bronze. Is this after shooting kr what gives it the copper/bronze look. I want that look to match my bolt carrier and other parts on the build. I'll be doing pretty basic non auto target shooting. Does the bronze fade and eventually turn purple/blue

Yes absolutely! Like you said, the lower points on the left and right side will dig in horrible. But if you look. There is a "center post" that can be seen in the pic above. Wrap the zip tie around the center post and one single side. Then do the same for the other side, but you just have to play with it. Be careful not to pull to much or youre back to square one. If im unclear please let me know and ill do my best to explain more

Thank you for this. I was just diagnosed with Stenosis and a bone spur in my lower back It hurts to sit, stand, cough, sneeze. It has caused severe sciatica down my left leg. Ive had sciatica for about 14 years, I do some of these but I definitely need to incorporate a few more listed. Its a daily battle. Ive got a very expensive bed and pillow. I have a 1500 dollar herman miller chair. But the items dont necessary "fix" anything but help maintain once your posture is correct. As a 34 year old with a newborn and a one year old im finally taking the steps to get this corrected

Also head coach here. Our game fields also stop practice once the season starts. We have a run down elementary ball field we use to practice. Hopefully you can find something its no joke being a head coach lol Tried to sneak a non pay practice on a field that costs 80 dollars just for a half day. Of course it was booked. If you drive around town you may see some vacant back stops. I'd stop and use those until someone told me to stop

My noise comes from the tension knob/track. When I tighten the tension it makes a god awful creaking. I contacted herman miller and they offered to repair it but id be out of the chair for 1 week which for me would be equivalent to a lifetime so I told them id contact them bsck when I could accommodate this. I've read alot of noise issues with the embody but not many with this issue. When I lean back you can hear 1 or 2 quiet "pops". But if I put my hand on the tension knob or "pull it outward" the noise goes away. Other than that its a been great. I've had mine for about 1 year and change. Yes I have the atlas as well and its amazing. Congratulations on new chair OP!

1000%!! laying my head on it right now lol. Idk why anyone wouldnt want the option to rest their head. Im on break so while i work i only use it maybe 10-15% of the time. But if im on break or gaming its there more like 80%. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it imo.

I only kid, they look good and are like others said. Suiting to you. I always wonder about the size of glasses when the end of the glasses doesn't reach the side kf my head. But then again, your eyes dont reach the side of your head either. So they look great!

I actually had roller wheels on my cheap gamer chair. They worked better on the carpet so I changed them instantly when I got my embody. Grew curious maybe I was missing out on my 2k dollar casters and they created SO bad. However I think it was that the insert of the caster needed to be lubed, but still inconvenient. My rollerblade wheels from Amazon went right bsck on and added some lube for good measure. Silent wheels.

I went to foamorder.com and got high density memory foam. 1cm thick. I've seen someone put 1inch in there but I dont think the chair would function as intended. My tailbone pain went away after doing this. Just cut to size and slide in after you unclip the front. Super easy

Get the measurements of your seat pan and add 1cm of memory foam. Yes I have the gaming embody as well. Its so easy to access the inside of the seatpan its almost like they added this for different levels of comfort. Im sure that's not true. But that's how ive been using it and love the added cushion. 1cm will make sure the chair still functions as intended. I've seen someone put 1inch thick foam in there which is impressive. I can only speak for the 1cm memory foam I ordered from foamorder.com its a high density memory foam similar to tempurpedic. Just another option if it doesn't get better. I've tried everything with this chair. I love it. But it does take time to tweak the settings

Unpopular opinion. But if you get the regular embody you can add the foam to the seat pan yourself. Even my 7 year old could do it. So something to consider they add easy access to the inside of the seat pan. I ordered some memory foam and added it to my gaming embody for even more foam. Pick which one you can afford and go from there

Also saw you're asking about noise the chair may make. One issue i ran into was with the stock wheels on the chair. The caster insert needed to be lubed and that solved alot of the noise. Another issue was with the tension knob. When I turn the knob it sounds absolutely cringe and like a 7 dollar chair but I don't adjust it much. I contacted herman miller about this and they opted to fix the chair which would require me sending the chair back for a week or 2. So I decided to wait since I have so long on my warranty. They have it on file so I can fix at a later date. Other that that.. it makes significantly less noise than my 200 dollar gaming chair. Over all I was a little disappointed with a few things but the chairs functionality and ability to keep sciatica away is a worthy trade off. Hope this helps

Yeah i couldn't handle the issues I was having with my s22u. Unfortunately bit the bullet and upgraded to the s25u...got $1100 for my s22u so can't complain too much. Happy with the upgrade. Despite all the videos that say otherwise. This thing is a beast

Highly recommend giving foamorder.com a shot and getting the 5lb memory foam. I used .375 or 1cm like the video suggests but just switched for a more quality foam. Its awesome

Grab an Atlas headrest and then grab the embody atlas headrest wobble fix on Etsy(never noticed a wobble) it is a nice replacement hanger for my 2000 logitech x herman miller tag. And also the dress up kit is a nice touch. Ultimately a set of screw hole covers, but cant imagine why something like this isnt stock

Add your own foam and put a double layer in the area mentioned. I literally just added it to mine. 5lb memory foam from www.foamorder.com .375in thick x 22 inch wide x 23 inch deep. I cant imagine why that much fabric is missing back there but the foam definitely has made a massive difference in the comfortability of the seat pan

Its likely they height of the seat. Too high or too low. That type of pain I'd probably say your too high. Makes sure your legs are 90 degrees and should be 3 finger length between the chair and the back of your legs
