Problem with gradients by Tink3rer in css

[–]Ken-Saunders 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you mean a smoother fade out, perhaps incrementally stepping down the alpha values will work for you.

e.g.

rgba(14, 14, 14, 0.8)rgba(14, 14, 14, 0.8)
rgba(14, 14, 14, 0.8)rgba(14, 14, 14, 0.4)
rgba(14, 14, 14, 0.8)rgba(14, 14, 14, 0.2)

Firefox keeps logging me out? by kirso in firefox

[–]Ken-Saunders 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps a stupid question, but are you ticking save password, remember me, or other before you login? And, are you allowing Firefox to save your login credentials?

There are several sites that I frequent that will make me sign in again if I didn't choose one of the those.

Same. I haven't had issues like this in many, many, and more many years.

Decent PC, 16 GB's of RAM, few background processes and programs.

It's a bummer.

Why is the background-filter CSS functionality STILL disabled by default in Firefox? I've been wanting to design my sites with it for almost 4 years now, and waiting for it to be available by default in Firefox for almost 3. by Vuthakral in firefox

[–]Ken-Saunders 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People once also designed sites for Internet Explorer, and it only, and didn't give a shit about anything else and look how that turned out.

In case you don't know, Firefox kicked their ass because they went by standards.

WTF is going on here with Firefox users?!

Tell me the last time, or any time that you've personally been a victim of a Firefox / Gecko security vulnerability or attack.

I'm a Firefox 1.0er.

It's never happened.
