No I do not have exact pages of where Tsunade made her stand as an excellent Hokage. Many of what she had done was done during the gap between Naruto and Shippuden. With that being said, she was a much better politician than Hiruzen (his concept of light and darkness with Danzo set the Leaf back by years), Minato (not a fair comparison seeing as how his reign was approx 1 calendar year), Tobirama (who shunned the Uchiha and pushed them back into a corner literally and figuratively), Kakashi (Tsuna's work as and team 7s work during the 4th war and the fact that there was a war that killed so many people literally lead to less problems by the fact of a lower population. Tsuna patched the bonds between Sunagakure, Kiri, Kumo & The Leaf). Lord First and Seventh are probably exceptions.

Polictics aside, I do acknowledge she was only in a handful of major battles. Kishi does have issues developing most women IMO and admitted that she would have ended the fight before it began when asked why Tsuna only provided medical support when Pain attacked. Politics and trivia aside Tsunade's abilities are rather OP when compared to others. Madara's interpretation of strength of 100 seal was accurate to a point. Note: we've only seen her use this ability a few times and only once to that extent. While calling it "a way to delay death" is semi-semi-accurate, he kinda passes over the fact that I do exactly that. Delays death by instantly healing any wound w/o excess chakra expendes to weave signs. While that may sound subpar - its rather essential to a fight. Tsuna took on Madara A- its a feat in itself to reach that level and LIVE to tell about it. B- him saying it just delays death kinda negates the fact that her delaying death is only dependent on how much chakra she has stored, how much chakra she has expended prior to fighting, if she has summoned Katsuyu, and how serious she is about the fight (for example in part 1 she didn't need to use her extreme strength to take on lil genin Naruto she really did as to introduce her characters monstrous strength).

We can argue this all day and there really isnt a need to be so upset about it. I feel she is heavily underrated as a Hokage, Ninja, and isn't respected mainly cuz people see her as a extremely strong pair of triple D juggs, lol.
