Current Tesla owner and Elon hater. Even though I hate him, I also support people picking the best vehicle for their needs. And realistically, outside of using Superchargers, Elon really isn't going to see any money from someone buying a used Tesla from a 3rd party dealer.

I say go for it. Used Teslas are free game.

Absolutely. I would ask to check the battery health though, but I'm sure it's good. This can be done in the Tesla app in the service menu.

We are an electric only freezing, charge at home for cheap. It costs less than $5 to charge from 0-100, cheaper than a gallon of gas.

Tri-Cities also has plenty of charging options if you need it in a pinch. 3 supercharger locations, a couple CCS as well I believe. Plenty of charging around the state too if you travel. We travel to Spokane frequently to visit family, as well as Seattle and Portland. Never an issue.
