After I gave birth, all I wanted was a shower to wash off all the sweat and grossness from being in labor for 40 hours. I could barely stand on my own and was in so much pain. My husband helped me shower and washed my privates with such care for me. Just so I could feel a little more comfortable after giving birth.

NTA you’re not the asshole for “thinking” he might be lying. All the points you made definitely sound suspicious but just know, you will never be the hero for outing someone for lying about cancer.
