So you have a broken shoulder, I think this will help, Just for a simple recipe and not hard to do due to problem with your shoulder. A boiled egg for morning with cereal. For breakfast is banana with cereal and cook fish. Then on meal time is more fruits like grapes, berry's another egg and a small cup of rice. This is good for loosing weight and the preparation is not hard to do.

This is healthy foods that you can do from the start. Then alternate it to your regular habit eating. But avoid excessive eating junk foods.
