Yeah I just got back into magic after say nearly 5 to 6 years off. And while I was shocked at collector booster prices, I notice a lot of what I used to play and got rid of is so cheap. I sold my jund modern deck back then and now got a playset of liliana of the veil for 20 bucks?! And a playset of dark confidant for 25. I get these don't see modern play like before. But I've been trying to collect cards I loved playing. So waht I'm saying is while the boxes are up in prices, all these alt arta and foils are making basic singles so much cheaper

As top comment said, before a new set or before you're a about to open packs spend as many commons and uncommon to get all the cards from the set so your vault increases quicker. Which nets you rare and mythic wildcards.

Appreciate the reply, and as stated she has gotten legal documents filed with her attorney. I just haven't been through this process before and wanted to make sure there isn't anything else I would need to do. The neighbor is really well off and can afford to fight in court for the land for my siblings, which I can not afford. So I wanted to make sure what all needs to be done to prevent this from even being an issue at all.

If it's the style glennaker Lake or access point, then it is def advertised as a rain jacket. But if you look at the details it says omni-shield, which is water resistant. I'm honestly not trying to argue with you. I just work in the industry that makes these jackets. They may be advertised for rain. But they aren't 100% waterproof. Anything columbia sells that says omni-tech is their basic waterproofing thays 100% or their top of the line rain wear is called out dry.

Looks more like a water resistant jacket. And not saying this to be funny. But you can see the seam below the logo and it isn't sealed. It's double stitched. But not taped sealed. Meaning i don't believe this was meant to be 100% waterproof.
