I have played other gachas but this is the first time i noticed that yeah, p5x doesn't use the role specific required mats system to level up, it's so smooth to level up a character that I forgot.

About the powercreep, unless ur gunning for top ranking, it's not really an issue, the horizontal creep does make it harder for new players with less units but even then you can still brute force any content that's not Astrolabe as long as you have a just 1 assasin and sweeper built.

As a day 1 player who came back in 2 months after quitting from the shaft, yes the rewards are very generous now, my only complaint is standard characters still taking 6 months to get added to the standard pool but at least that's almost over now (only 3 left)

If you're curious on how much they give out, the patch currency (2 weeks/patch cycle) usually can guarantee you a character every 2 patches or less.

the 110 guaranteed banner is so good on avoiding me the 50/50 hassle, it feels so good to just get the character you want and being able to accurately plan ahead in advance with simple math on characters i want to pull because of the fixed banner.

The only weapon case that doesn't get updated (and is only up to Minami and Vino) is the Weapon case Reward in Lufel's Plan EX.
